Unique hospitality! The host was willing to help us in any case with detailed information. The house is beautiful, neat, clean and with many amenities! It was the best choice for our vacation.
We lived in this Stavros apartment for six weeks and were very happy every day to have found such beautiful and spacious accommodation. The apartment is still brand new. Stavros has completely renovated it with the greatest care and equipped it with everything you need for a comfortable and functional holiday apartment. It is so centrally located that from there you can reach all the surrounding districts of Corfu in about 10-15 minutes on foot: the airport, the city center and the beautiful Garitsa district. And there are many shopping opportunities such as supermarkets and bakeries in the immediate vicinity. Stavros is also an exceptionally friendly and very helpful landlord who goes to great lengths to ensure that his guests always feel comfortable and that they don't lack anything. We are really looking forward to our next stay in this apartment.
A truly unique address! If you come across this comment stop looking! There is absolutely everything you will need. The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms and a beautiful living room. All with modern and refined decoration. Each room is air-conditioned. The equipped kitchen contains everything you need. Our host Stavros is a wonderful person, very kind and extremely helpful. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, the little touches and the good restaurant addresses.
Unique, what it says is. First of all, it is easy to get to the city center and there is a parking lot right opposite the entrance. The house is modern, spacious, spotlessly clean and well maintained from end to end. The owner (Mr. Stavros) very kind and helpful, paying detailed attention to the image of the house. A true professional.

Just returned from a wonderful holiday in Corfu and the Uniqapt (apartment) of Stavros. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well-maintained apartment, equipped with everything you can imagine. Attentive welcome package and some first messages. The apartment is very centrally located, you can walk straight into the center. Parking in the area was no problem. The contact with Stavros was very pleasant and he is always ready (also with nice tips!). Thanks Stavros and hopefully see you soon! 🙂
Mr. Stavros Douros was particularly hospitable, as soon as we arrived he was willing to help us with our bags. Then after giving us a tour of the house, he gave us detailed useful information on how to move around the island. The house is equipped with the necessities to run a house.
We booked this apartment for our summer holiday on Corfu. Since the first moment contacting the host Stavros to make our booking, it felt as a true friend/family. He is honest, friendly and caring.
The apartment is located just outside the old town of Corfu which makes it easy to access by foot. Parking your (rental) car is no problem outside on the street or on the parking lot located just next to the apartment for 5 euros a day.
The apartment is clean, complete and spacious. Stavros thought about all amenities you will need during your stay and even gives you some gifts and food/drinks! Beds are comfortable, bathrooms spacious and the living room and kitchen feels like home.

If you ever wondered what's the best place to stay in Corfu, the answer is UniQApt or Stavros's apartment. Unfortunately, we returned from this fantastic and cheap Corfu apartment 2 days ago after spending only three nights.
Our only regret is that we did not have more time to spend here. As such, let me tell you that Stavros's place can be easily compared to a 5-star hotel room, except that it is bigger, cleaner, and cheaper.
It can easily accommodate six people due to its size.
So, as you can guess, you have everything at your disposal, including a safe, Smart TV in every room, Netflix, constant hot water (extremely hot), AC in every room, huge beds, a gigantic sofa, iron for your clothes, a fridge full of water and other goodies, pans, hair dryers, coffee maker and even medicines. Yes, you have absolutely everything included in the price.
Furthermore, the apartment has a fantastic location, being only 5 minutes away (walking distance) from the city center where the best Corfu tavernas and shops are found.
In the living room, you'll find a terrace with a small table where you can relax after a day at the beach.
Speaking of beaches, if you want the best Corfu experience, consider renting a car because UniQApt has a large parking lot nearby. It is also worth outlining that besides getting a fantastic location to spend your vacation in Greece, you'll also have a guide or Stavros.
I am not sure if you have ever heard of Greek hospitality, but if you did, then you'll experience it here since your host knows every hidden Corfu beach and the best tavernas or restaurants on Corfu island.
Make sure you text him, and he'll tell you where to find the finest Corfu restaurants.
If you add all the benefits this apartment and its host offer, it will be pretty hard to find a hotel or another place to stay on the island at the same price. It was impossible for us.
That's why we decided to return here in 2 months, so I beg you to keep this place as clean as you find it so we can enjoy it as much as possible.

The apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the easy city center access, is amazingly well equipped and comfortable. We felt immediately at home. Wifi connection is also fast and reliable (one of the best in town, so very easy to work remotely). Cleaning is flawless and we were welcomed with wine, water, chocolate and other complimentary snacks. Stavros is a wonderful host, going the extramile to make his guests feel welcomed.
We had an excellent stay at Unique Apartment. Stavros is a super host, very friendly and available for help and advices whenever you need.
The apartment is perfect equipped, for welcome the fridge was filled with water, oranges, bananas, cookies….
The location is central and nevertheless very quiet. The apartment was also very clean.

This apartment is in a great location. 10 mins walk from the old town and all the great restaurants. Stavros our host was super helpful and generous both with information and facilities. The apartment itself is very comfortable for four people and the open plan living area was very spacious. We loved the fly screens on all the windows (doors) which meant we could have all the doors open both in the living area and the bedrooms. We hope to return to this lovely apartment.
Me and my friends had the great pleasure to stay in this beautiful apartment for our short trip in Corfu. The host was so welcoming and helpful from booking the accommodation to helping us arrive at the apartment without any problems. The apartment itself is gorgeous and walking distance to the inner city. Even though we could sadly just stay for one night, we were so comfortable and would love to stay there again if we come back to Corfu in the future.

Great choice for our stay in Corfu! Very good location, close to many shops and restaurants, only few minutes walking from the heart of the old town. The apartment was spacious and very clean having all the amenities someone could ask. Stavros was a great host, supporting us with everything we needed about the house and the island. He even provided us with bottles of water and many delicacies for our whole stay!
The central location of the apartment is excellent and very convenient. The apartment is spacious and the rooms were very comfortable exactly as depicted in the photos. Also, it was very clean and the hospitality and communication with the owner was perfect as he provided all the necessary things for us to have a great experience.
