The rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning. The facilities are complete, and Stavros has made sure to provide everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is very clean and well soundproofed. The area is quiet and it’s very easy to reach the Old Town. The appartment has beautiful interior design. Very well equipped - everything you might need is there and even more. WiFi is fast and stable. TVs in living room and bedrooms with Netflix and local streaming services. Air conditioning is silent and works well. Flowers in the rooms and on the balcony. Welcome gifts and wine. Fridge was full of drinking water and contained small startup food package. Kitchen has everything for cooking - equipment and spices and more. There are even sun umbrellas for beach visit. Rooms are very clean and maintained. Everything is well thought and prepared for pleasant and convenient stay. Location is excellent - on the edge of city center. Close to old town, harbour, bus stations, crocery stores. Via new fortress is very easy to walk to old town. Location is good to get around Corfu by car. Though house is by one of the main roads of Corfu town the windows keep room very silent. And the host - Stavros. He needs special chapter. He is so helpful and supportive that I felt my family was like personally invited to Corfu by Stavros. He guided us where to go and what to visit etc. Big thanks to host Stavros. If I ever go back to Corfu I will stay at Stavros appartment. ☹ It is the problem of Corfu town rather than the accommodation - car parking. There are just not enough parking places in Corfu town. In the evenings the parking places are full and you have to circulate around the streets to find spot or put it in paid parking lot near by which costs 7 € until 24:00 or 10 € until 8:00.Posted on10Verified Einfach ein Traum ☺Alles hat uns gefallen. Die Wohnung ist der Hammer, mega schöne und komfortable Einrichtung, sehr sauber. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort, nach einer Woche wurde die Wohnung komplett gereinigt, ohne dass wir etwas dafür bezahlen mussten. In 10 Minuten waren wir zu Fuss in Corfu OldTown, also sensationelle Lage. Dass wir sehr zufrieden sind ist eine Untertreibung. Stavros ist ein außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber, auch bei kleineren Dingen bemüht und schnell zur Stelle. Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen was die Ausstattung betrifft, es ist einfach alles vorhanden und die Lage in der Stadt ist hervorragend-auch abends kann man am Leben in der Stadt teilnehmen und die Zeit in Kerkyra und auf Korfu genießen.

Wir haben sechs Wochen in diesem Apartment von Stavros gewohnt und waren jeden Tag sehr glücklich darüber, eine so schöne und geräumige Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Das Apartment ist noch ganz neu. Stavros hat es mit der größten Sorgfalt kernsaniert und mit allem, was für eine gemütliche und funktionale Ferienwohnung nötig ist, sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Es ist so sehr zentral gelegen, dass man von dort aus alle umliegenden Stadteile von Corfu in etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann: den Flughafen, das Stadtzentrum und das schöne Viertel Garitsa. Und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt und Bäckerei gibt es in der unmittelbaren Nähe viele. Stavros ist zudem ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der sich sehr darum bemüht, dass sich seine Gäste immer wohlfühlen und es ihnen an nichts mangelt. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment.

Si vous tombez sur ce commentaire arrêtez de chercher ! Il y a absolument tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. L appartement dispose de 2 chambres confortables et une belle pièce à vivre. Le tout à la décoration moderne et épurée. Chaque pièce est climatisée. La cuisine équipée contient tout le nécessaire. Notre hôte Stavros est une personne merveilleuse d'une grande gentillesse et extrêmement serviable. Καταρχήν είναι εύκολη η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης και υπάρχει πάρκινγκ ακριβώς απέναντι από την είσοδο. Το σπίτι είναι μοντέρνο, ευρύχωρο, πεντακάθαρο και περιποιημένο από άκρη σε άκρη. Ο ιδιοκτήτης (κ. Σταύρος) ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικός, δίνοντας λεπτομερή προσοχή στην εικόνα του σπιτιού. Πραγματικός επαγγελματίας. Θα πρέπει να ξεχωρίσω το UniQApt ως μία από τις καλύτερες επιλογές διαμονής, όχι μόνο στην Κέρκυρα, αλλά και γενικότερα.

Net terug van een heerlijke vakantie op Corfu en het Uniqapt(apartment) van Stavros. Mooi, ruim, comfortabel en verzorgd appartement en voorzien van alles wat je je maar kunt bedenken. Attent welkomstpakket en wat eerste boodschapjes. Het appartement ligt super centraal, je loopt zo het centrum in. Parkeren in de omgeving was geen probleem. Het contact met Stavros verliep heel prettig en hij staat altijd klaar (ook met leuke tips!). Stavros bedankt en hopelijk tot snel! :-)
